Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), may incur the full session fee unless the clinician waives it due to emergency or extenuating circumstances.
If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying other clients, and the full session fee will still apply.
Please contact the practice as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
