Payment is due at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Because counseling services are provided at the time of each appointment, fees for completed sessions are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact the practice promptly so the matter can be reviewed and corrected if appropriate.
If you have questions about a charge, please contact me before initiating a dispute with your credit card provider. I’m committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and promptly whenever possible.
